Needs some work

juice man boy

The pairing process is a little finicky at time when trying to connect the head phones for the first time if that’s fixed then this would be a great app

Very bad app

Bassel11

I’m trying to connect my headset to this app for an hour and still can’t connect it. And these headphones won't start if not connect to it.

Cannot activate my head phone

I think Bose must be completely mad trying to get as many as registered users. All I want is a noise cancelling headphone that works with my phone. Instead I went through a Long tedious process to sign up, retrieve an ID, forget password. The worst thing is that I am getting an error message says: “Something Happened. Please try again. Product registration failed.” Now I am stuck with this junk until I can find a time to return it asap. Really piece of junk. The software Developers are ruining Bose. Shame on you. Bose software Developers!

Really buggy to use with NC700 headphones

Echols85

I would say my success rate for accessing the settings for my NC700 headphones is about 30% - every other time requires a force quit of the app, disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth (both standard and LE), or restarting the headphones. The phones are great but this app is really subpar at the moment.

Buggy or just garbage

I spent 3hour on the phone with Bose support after I moved and my sound bar 700 would not connect to WiFi. It took the Bose tech mutable attempts to factory reset my device and now my remote won’t let me set any of the settings to control the TV and Blue-ray. Please fix your app! It’s terrible!

it’s working now

billyiphone

when i first got the 700’s the app was awful. it’s working pretty good now. thanks! i’d like to see an apple watch app for it that lets you lets you scroll through the 11 noise cancelling settings and maybe select the devices.

Buggy and therefore useless

Hdhdkjx

Too many bugs make it completely unusable

700 headphones work better without it.

The app had too many issues and I uninstalled it. I went back to Bose to try to change my online review, and omg, there are a bunch of five star reviews now. My review was removed and I've been a customer for a few years. I won't use their site anymore and these are it for me. There wasn't enough thought into the touch sensor design. The headphones regularly tell me how much battery is left; there's no way to turn off the Bose voice with this app. There's no way to change the position of the touch sensor - sorry lefties. The same spot on the right headphone is used for volume, forward, call pickup, call cancel, and hours of battery left. What were they thinking? I'm also really irritated that in the five star reviews, there are comments that original posts like mine were fake. Well, I've had an Apple ID for decades.

Amateur garbage

CustomerCA

The app routinely forgets connected devices, it also forgets the login and then you need internet to re-login. That is especially useful (sarcasm) in the middle of a flight when you need to use the app to adjust the headphones. Bose should be ashamed for even letting this amateur piece of garbage on the App Store. Fire the developer and create something that actually works. When you pay $400 for a pair of headphones you need to demand better apps.

Buggy app with 700 Headphones

Cashcar1979

Unstable app and repeatedly drops connection with new Bose 700 headphones. Typical Bose with very buggy software.
