App offers an easy, streamlined way to control some headphone settings. Would love if it had equalizer functions as well…but maybe in the future
Please let us cycle between fewer than three favorites

On the QC Buds, we're forced to choose three favorites. And while that might be nice for some people, it's extremely annoying to have to cycle between three when all most of us really need is two. Also, in some settings it can be very difficult to immediately tell what favorite you're in. Is this noise canceling level 5 or 10. Keep the three favorite option, I don't care. But allow us to disable one so we can go between two obvious ones. It would substantially reduce the friction of using these headphones. Sony got this with the WF-1000XM4s, and even Apple understood this with the AirPods Pros and the new Beats Fit Pros. Please, please do the same. Right now cycling between modes is clunky, takes way too long, and makes me not want to use the headphones.

The app won’t connect to my iPhone consistently after the last iOS update. The app must be reloaded ore deleted and downloaded again. Please update your app and restore its functionality.

안경이 얼굴에 비해 작아 한 일년 사용하니 안경 힌지 쪽에 크랙이 생겼는데 한국에선 수리를 할수없는거 같아요!! 잘사용할수있도록 알려주심 감사하겠습니다!!

App works great. I’m surprised at the updated features like music sharing. My QC35 is still going strong after 5 years. Only now has the ear padding require some maintenance. The zipper on the case broke in year 3. Aside from that, they’ve been great while traveling. ?
Very quick connecting but…
warframe is the best
The connection is almost instant but it just takes a while for the app to load up before you can connect and it’s faster to just connect in Bluetooth settings in your phone but then the volume will be absolutely horrible if you don’t use the app. It’s dope that you can connect to your speaker without having to turn the speaker on as soon as u connect it’ll turn on automatically. But when I go to my Bluetooth settings on my phone the name doesn’t change. But great speaker (soundlink mini) and good connection.
