The Bose App is awesome, it’s too bad the headphones are absolute trash. I spent nearly 200 dollars and 6 month the case won’t charge, the headphones only charge with the case open, which makes them connect at random. I got in touch with the company and basically was told that’s too bad try buying a new pair. What a joke lol just buy the Air Pods and call it a day

I don’t like the way the on and off/connect to Bluetooth works. I have read instructions, but that hasn’t giving me the information I wanted. Also, the way you’re supposed to insert the ear bud and then twist the ear bud is strange. They haven’t fallen out yet, but I don’t exercise, jog or walk. I’m disabled. I had a stroke, but I can walk on my own. #TMI

A good friend gave me one so what’s not to like. Until I really worked with the app it was very low volume, but now was upgraded and I can use it as a small room speaker. I wish there was a way to re-charge while using. Is there any way you could upgrade to that or is it hardwired?
