I turn on the Bluetooth speaker from opening the Bose+ app and turn on my music from my iPhone and the volume just goes up to highest volume. I tried to lower the volume and the volume automatically shoots back up again. Maybe, Bose speaker does not work well with iPhone’s.

I was gifted these a year ago and I can’t be parted from them! Super cute travel case, supple leather ear pads, beautiful sleek design....they are So comfortable, have amazing sound quality and the Bluetooth works seamless. The app is amazingly helpful and I am able to switch between devices with a tap of my finger. Highly recommend! Warning: you won’t be able to be without them!

I really like this product the battery life is excellent and with my IPhone the ear buds were easy to install and sound great furthermore the ear buds are comfortable to wear and stay locked into the ear and don’t move even while exercising

What can I say, the quality of these Bose earbuds are superb! They fit nicely in ear and deliver amazing sound. I’ve been a happy Bose customer for over a decade! Keep up the good work!

The headset is the best I’ve ever had, but that is exactly why the app leaves so much to be desired. For starters it took almost an hour to download the update (on an iPhone SE 2020 running iOS14.4 with high speed WiFi), it’s impossible to connect the headset UNLESS I do it through the app. Why??? I purchased the headset to listen to music, not to go through multiple steps for something that should be simple once the headset is paired up with a device. Had I known I would need to spend so much time trying to connect and upgrading this app I would have purchased a different brand. The app needs to be rebuilt so that customers can use the very expensive product -we chose to buy based on the brand’s reputation- with ease. -5 stars.

Not sure why I can’t mute shows during commercials. You can mute calls, but not live tv when you are watching on bose qc35ii. The middle button pauses instead, which can be great for movies, but not live tv... small oversight. Other than that, pairing can be finicky...


Never connects does not work

I hate this app with a passion. I love my headphones and use them everyday and just wish this app would work for ONCE. “No dice”
