Good but creepy
Too Many Techinicial Issues
I strongly suspect they allowed their system to be overridden so individuals that were harassing me could do so and so they could over charge me. Unethical. Manual overrides. Beware of a company that could do such a thing and we know Nigeria won’t regulate them and keep them accountable.

I’ve been using bolt for sometime now and has never had issues before. Drivers are accommodating and kind. This time, not so much. The driver was rude and did not accept to driver my cat and I to the vet. The cat was in her carryon bag, so no damage to the car would happen. Firstly, no where on the app does it state that I need to indicate about transferring an animal and call the driver before hand. Secondly, if there is a guideline, than I believe it’s up to the company and the driver to ensure his/her profile indicates that they do not transport animals. I reached out to support as the driver rudely drove off and inputted “did not show”, whole he simply left. Got charged and support gives me guidelines vs working on a solution. Not cool!!!!!

Нет нормальной навигации, тут стандартная история заниматься поиском автомобиля и выдавать претензии что до адреса не довезли(несколько раз было что вообще на другую улицу). Водителям что либо говорить бесполезно, для них метка в навигации-святое. И ничего если он повезет кругами или по платной дороге. Оплату платной, кстати, с вас будут спрашивать по приезду. В общем, море негатива, яндекс форева. И да , цены выше яндекса

I had an issue with the driver so I contact the support team in my region they told me to send my bank account details I never heard from again even though I contact them several times but didn’t hear back.
