Misquotes prices / terrible customer service

I use ridesharing apps regularly across a variety of geographies. BOLT always looks attractive because of the price / promos they are always offering. Do not be tricked, they regularly misquote prices and almost always charge you above the range they offer when you accept the rides. I get fooled often, maybe once every quarter because the prices are so attractive. When I follow up to complain about misquoted prices (especially on the longer, more expensive routes) sometimes I get an answer saying I will he offered a promo code - I usually say thank you and ask for the code, which I never receive. Also the cars and drivers are generally of inferior quality compared with competitors.
It’s trash in Lagos

If you are in Lagos just get uber. They don’t care about their passengers and won’t do anything to help your safety.
No platform to report Abusive drivers

You guys should get a platform were clients can rate, refer, comment and report drivers bcos the driver dat drove me was Abusive and insulted my friends.. I still have his vehicle number. We were really angry that day and there was nothing we could do, no one to report him To.

The customer service is close to none. Rides didn't happen but they can't fix the refund. It's not even 1/10 good as Uber. It's my fault to download and use it. Gross service

It’s horrible service. Taxi driver doesn’t roads. And looks like with 1 day experience. You can’t order premium class cars. It is like lottery will it come clean Mercedes or year dirty, full of smokes Hyundai. Do you ask for certificate to drivers? No no no!!!
