I would like to let the management know that ur drivers are bunch of hustler and they don’t really care about the customer because they’re always taking longer routes just so they can charge you extra money even when you get little bit of promotion or when get a free ride to this happen to me almost every time I was riding with bolt and I don’t want no more to ride with ur company am switching to a different company started today and most of the bolt drivers in Nairobi really do this by the way
sms activation issues

I try to use bolt but I never got the sms activation message, you can use the call option but if you are in a noisy place you will not hear it and also the robot speaks too fast. Right now I was able to activate it with the call option because I am in a quiet place. I will update my review when I use the service.

Жадные водители хватают клиентов на перёд. Приходится ждать по пол часа чтоб закончили заказ и потом приехали. В половине случаев водитель отказывается от заказа через 15 минут. Приходится по новому заказывать машину.

I’m so disappointed in this app I regret downloading and making use of it I was debited for some rides I didn’t take 3k And I dropped a message didn’t get a feedback or refund. So I deleted the app
