The only trainer app I’ve stayed with. Very flexible.

By far my favorite fitness app I’ve ever used. I love everything about the exercise portion, but I do wish the food portion was a little more expansive. The ability to create and save favorite foods would be nice, and meal suggestions would also be awesome. That said, this app is totally awesome.

My doctor told me if I wanted to avoid a knee replacement I needed to exercise and keep my weight down. “Strengthen your glutes, your quads, and the VM or vastus muscles.” I showed her BodBot, and she said “Yes! That’s it! I was able to target those specific areas and am virtually pain free after about 7 weeks. BodBot helps keep me looking and feeling young! It takes the guess work out of the fitness equation. I love that I can take it to the gym on my phone, and the email reminders are great for my busy schedule.

So I’ve only been using BodBot for a few weeks now, but it has easily become my most-used app of all time. I was diagnosed with depression a while back and they tried to put me on medication but instead, I desperately wanted to try working out and a healthier lifestyle. However, I didn’t know how to workout, which exercises to do, or how many. BodBot has made me feel much more confident going to the gym and I am already seeing results. I personally combine the free version of the app with another free app for calorie tracking for optimum weight loss.:) I always recommend BodBot!!

Been using this app for several years now and it seems like all of the kinks have been worked out. The interface could be a little better/sometimes it’s difficult to navigate to different parts of the workout and a calendar view would be nice but its overall a great app and I’m considering getting the paid version.

I love this app I got it under the annual sale. It does it all from the customizable options to meal help and gym and home workouts. My gym game has improved. My gym app search is over finally

Paid for premium version so I could set up workout splits, but my app won’t let me do so. Now I am stuck with a Pro version that doesn’t work for $30... and they won’t respond to me when I ask for a refund.

I love the personal trainer aspect, the workouts are challenging, it learns as it goes, it’s overall exactly the app I’ve been looking for. Except that my warm-ups have been literally HOURS long. I skip most of them. That can’t be accurate, right? Also, I occasionally get a notification to do an excercise marked as “Set 1 of 0”. I have to delete the set in order to proceed. A few bug fixes and this will be a perfect fitness app!

I love the app but since the update it no longer shows weights. It used to say “2 sets of 10 reps with 15lbs” but now it just says “2 sets of 10” Please fix!
