I've been using bodbot for awhile now and this update to the ap is amazing. So nice and easy to use and I've been seeing great results from the workouts. Adaptive makes it even better!

So much for "free"

Was starting to like this app, but the constant popup on purchasing the "plus" version basically makes it useless.

Crash Galore

I was super excited to use the app, but since I downloaded it—almost two hours ago—I haven't been able to use it yet. The app has been crashing every time I try log in! I was able to create my profile but I can't do anything else. It's so frustrating, it appeared to be a really promising app.

Frustrating

Update: Ive been using this for about 2 months and still does not count my reps, does not "adjust" my workout because it does not sync with your watch or record heart rate or movement whatsoever. It's a pretty horrible useless app that had great potential. It cycles through the same boring routines and exercises. I want a refund for wasting my time and for not delivering on their promises. Super unfortunate l I really wanted to love this and did TONS of research . Changes from 2 stars to 1. Take your money and run kind of company, customer service is little to be desired, you can see they haven't dont anything to the app since January . Do not recommend. Pear is the same price and much better!! I bought the year full access version.... this is a little confusing. NOT APPLE WATCH friendly: So, I had downloaded the app "RepCounter" it tracks your movements and counts your reps so you don't need to. LOVED IT so I bought the full version of bodbot. REPCOUNTER does not upload the exercises that are suppose to be customized to you per data the watch collects. Turns out they Bodbot has an app, which doesn't count your reps, but a different app that does. RepCounter only has 1 set of exercises and has nothing to do with Bodbot, it's almost like it was an old shell It's suppose to track your movement and the user SHOULD have access to feedback on their website. But it doesn't. The watch version only has 1 type of exercise, and doesn't upload the exercises that the website recommends for you. Great potential, just poor execution :( If developers read this: Include 1 watch app that: counts reps, and syncs with your website data, and is integrated with apples exercise "rings" so it reflects the program as a workout.

So far so good

Only been using the app for a week. Really happy so far. Have been using another great app, 5x5 StrongLifts so eager to see how this app compares. Will update if my experience improves or declines.

Very nice

I've been using BodBot for about a week now and I love it. You really get a lot with this app for free. It does fitness testing to assess what level you are at in order to give you the best workout plan. You can specify what your goals are as well as what areas of your body you wish to target more heavily. As you do each exercise it gives you written and video instructions on how to do them, and you can switch your workout plan based on whether or not you have access to a gym or if you need to do it from home. It's versatile and challenging for me in all the right ways. Love it!

Best Personal Trainer App

Falconman63

I've been using this app for a few weeks and it is hands down the best free personal trainer app. It's ease of use and exercise choice is unparalleled. Best free trainer hands down.

Effective

What counts most to me is that this app guides me to work out consistently and keeps me motivated. I love the planning that the app does for me and the way it considers my goals, limitations and past experience.

Love the evolving workouts

I've used the app for a few years. Previously I used it to inspire my workout and record my performance. The recent updates have changed that a lot. I love the AI integration that changes reps and weight for me and the way it's working with my other health apps. Keep up the good work!

Great workout

I love working out with BodBot! It checks in at the beginning and end of your workout to change future workouts and in between sets to see how you're feeling and raises or lowers reps accordingly.
