It was probably designed and built by some german robots. They don't understand the concept of user experience and error handling. The app gets disconnected and stuck for no obvious reason, there is no way to cancel actions. It is just a dumb synchronous "wait 1 hr while we got a crash automatically reset on our server in Germany.

This app used to show my battery status, car location and charging status. It no longer works. The app controls are clunky, and has useless features like sending your calendar addresses to the cars awful navigation system. Also, BMW requires you to create a passcode for some idiotic reason. Don't rely on this piece of garbage app.

I suspect there are some non-technical users who are blaming problems in other areas on this app. It simply does what it is supposed to do. One could argue that it could have more functionality, but it works perfectly as long as the other factors (internet connectivity for the watch and cell caonnectivity for the car) are in place.

I used this app reliably for years and now it will not update or give me any information and I have tried everything reinstalling it etc. it is an Intercal part of the BMW experience using the app. This is traumatizing!

Doesn't update vehicle info. Only feature that works is preconditioning and locking, but the main screen with the picture of the car doesn't show any vehicle status or charge level even after attempting to update and login many times. I had to resort to the BMW connected app for the other features. Too bad, the UI of this app looks cool, but they need to hire a user experience designer and a solid tech team to fully integrate this into the vehicle, it's eye candy but no practical use and too buggy.

It would be nice if it actually connected to the BMW server but nope, it hasn’t been able to connect for 4 days! Ridiculous. Can’t monitor the charge on my i3 unless I physically walk out to my car, what’s the point of this app again?

The app is functional and provides most options that the BMW Connected app does. Would like to see charging complete time similar to connected app. Also add Siri integration! Then I could ask Siri for car status instead of opening app.

I wasted 30 mins on the website trying to add my i3 only to find out that the app has been down a week and IT is still working on it. I wish they had posted a link on the website so people don't waste their time.
