nice visual design but very low quality implementatio – BMW i Remote – North America Review

It was probably designed and built by some german robots. They don't understand the concept of user experience and error handling. The app gets disconnected and stuck for no obvious reason, there is no way to cancel actions. It is just a dumb synchronous "wait 1 hr while we got a crash automatically reset on our server in Germany.
