Load times are terrible Slow opening cameras

Opening the camera to view live is very slow. By the time you get it open, the person is long gone.

I have a couple of other video systems, like ring doorbell, arlo cameras and my alarm system cameras, and they all offer family sharing or the ability to manage users. This system would be 10X better if it had these capabilities, please work on this asap and I will be glad to change my review to 5 stars.

It does what it needs to but it’s missing some features I think should have been standard like enabling/disabling notifications per camera. I have some cameras I just want for recording and some id like to notify me if it sees something. I’d also like to see grouping from within a sync module list. So I can group outdoor and indoor cameras, etc. It’d be nice for notifications to trigger based off groups too.

This app crashes more than you can imagine. I pay monthly to look at CAMERAS I BOUGHT and the app won’t allow me to, the “system is busy” or “live view in progress” even when there is not. I would think that something people pay for to feel secure and safe should be kept up and not have so many crashes.

I like the cameras, but since I’m saving to the USB card, why oh why do I have to delete each old video clip One At A TIME? You can’t add a “select all” feature for USB saved video clips?

I should’ve listened to the reviews. But I didn’t, and I bought the doorbell. Can’t even make an account to sign in because their app doesn’t work. What a waste of money. And of course it’s owned by Amazon.

Allow Armed Scheduling per Camera

Currently only entire system can be armed or disarmed. We can’t use it due to having one cam in kids room and unit is loud when switching on and off per movement in a silent room. Please allow for scheduling and ability to select cameras for that schedule. TY
