Extremely slow and pointless

I used the preferred waiting list and they still made me wait 30 minutes they wanted to scan my bar code for rewards and it would not work at all and the app is extremely slow and randomly signs me out multiple times /: no point in downloading only good thing was ordering take out easy but other than that no worth it.

It's written for the iphone so you can not create an account on the IPAD screen. It does not allow you to scroll down to the Create Account section. In these times, if the developer does not know that the app should be IOS compliant for all devices then it's time to move to a new app developer because there is a good chance that other gaps exist that will ruin the customer experience..................

This app is awful. I downloaded the app because waitress suggested it to keep track of my rewards. I already had a rewards Id. When I downloaded app it assigned me another id. I emailed support (only way to contact them) to merge my account id's since I already have quite few points. I have received no acknowledgement or resolution even after three emails to them requesting help. What's the point of a help form if there is no help?! I go to a nearby restaurant location nearly every week which is why I signed up for the rewards, but this experience has put me off enough that I'm going to go somewhere else. Customer service is omni-channel. If you can't support an app, then don't do it. Bad customer service in any channel negatively affects business. It's ironic that they created an app in attempt to deepen customer loyalty, but in my case, it has done exactly the opposite through poor execution.
Doesn't work on the store side

Placed the order easily. However the online orders confuse the store and they made the food wrong. Sitting and waiting for it to be remade now.

I have no problems with this app. My employer is right down the street from a BJ's Brewhouse and I often order lunch for the app and do the curbside pick up. I have also used the app to do call ahead seating and call ahead ordering. I've never had a problem with anything. Love all the discounts that I receive, too.
Apps was cool until Apple Pay removed

I used this app and loved it for convenience, but after last update, there is no Apple Pay option. I was forced to enter my credit card number. Bring back Apple Pay to the app.
What happened to ApplePay??

I used to love this app. But we just went to BJ's and now I had to enter a CC# when I wanted use mobile pay at the table. That's stupid. The whole point of ApplePay is to not have to share your CC#! Bring back ApplePay!!

This app has never been great. But at least the payment process was quick and easy with Pay. That is no longer the case. I have no reason to use this app until Pay returns.
