What my wife and I like about this place is consistency, always efficient, on time, great food quality, love your brews, beautiful facility, it's clean, not loud you can actually carry a conversation, prices are fair and best of all you have great people, can't ask for anything else, one of our favorites, ahh and the app is good, well recommended!!
Zip Code Search Does Not Work

App get's the job done well, however, the restaurant finder does not work when you search by zip code. It does work by entering the city & state.

I would give this negative stars if I could I cant even log in with the email I get emails to or the phone number the restaurant can look me up and find me by. I can't even reset my password.

We gave this a try today based on an email we received from BJs on the new app and a special promotion. We were a group of 10. According to the app, you order (as a group) and you set a time for when your food should be ready. Great! So we get to the restaurant and they make us wait 25 minutes prior to seating us. I approached the host and asked what exactly the point was to have an app that did not function and sync with their order system? Furthermore, she states that the food doesn't get cooked until you get seated. Asinine process and completely counterintuitive. Defeats the purpose of ordering before arriving. Assuming you are on a lunch break, this just doesn't work out. The concept is great, but, from concept to table - terrible! Save yourself the hassle. What we planned to be a 1 hour meal suddenly turned into the same 2 hour meal as if we didn't use the app! Avoid BJs app!

I placed my order through the app and I would not allow me to pay for it through the app, tried multiple cards but failed to take payment. I called the restaurant and the manager said there's nothing he can do. This not the first time I have issues with the Chino hills location, they always forget certain items on my order.

Worked better than I expected. Saved us having to wait for the waitress to take our card, etc.... We also saved 20% at lunch using the app.

Why would you have an app that says you get "call ahead seating" but when you show up you are at the bottom of the list? Wait times on this app are never accurate and it might say 15 minutes but you show up and the wait is an hour. Don't download this - it is worthless!

None of the functions work. Tried to use mobile pay and they couldn't even figure out how to get it to work. Don't waste your time downloading it.

I've gotten the app to work a few times, but it usually has issues. Right now, I'm sitting at BJ's and can't log in b/c it's timing out (last action interrupted). The app has been buggy and unusable a lot more than it's worked correctly in the past year or 2 I've been using it. If you're going to make an app that 'could' do all these great things, you might want to make sure it works. Any of it.
