I like this game, but it keeps kicking me out. Get in the middle of a game and then it blinks out. Very frustrating. I’ve cleared my cache and reinstalled several time to no avail. ?

Why does the caller sound go off after just one game? Why do I lose my winnings when the game just stops? Something needs to be done to correct these glitches. The game has been around long enough to have fixed these problems.

Constant glitches and multiple bingos not rewarded. Click on power ups and nothing happens and they are frozen.

Still and yet AGAIN trying to get in touch with your support. . Have been playing tournament lately and noticing that I have not been getting the proper rewards added to my total. . Ex. . 6/26/18 started with 2,151,324 and won 1,840 . .total should have been 2,153,164 but instead it was 2,150,214 a deduction of 2,950. . . On 6/27/18 started with 2,150,314 and won 1,373. . . New total should have been 2,151,687 but instead it was 2,149,687 a deduction of 2,000. .. .WHAT IS GOING. ON??????? Thank you if someone does read this. . 5/31/18 how does one get in touch with your support team????? I was playing turquoise room. .chose four cards. . 32 tickets and it froze. . Couldn't do anything. . Things have happened between 4/29 and now also. . Would really like some support. . Also you haven't addressed the freezing up of the power up. . I have something that I can't use because the power ups freeze???? When are you going to address that problem??? But I guess because there is no contacting support, you probably don't know how to fix the problems!!!!! The game is good BUT there are some tech issues, like how do you count your bingo's ? Sometimes you count them correctly but most of the time NOT. If you have multiple bingo's they should all be counted not just one per board. FIX IT.

Keeps saying session open on another device. My I pad is the only device that I have bingo on. Please fix this bug very annoying to me. Thank you very much 5/22/16 says server unable to save my coins. 6/28/16. I just made a purchase of $1.99 which said it was completed and could take up to 5 minutes to show up. It is past that and it did show up but when I bought 10 power ups with coins, all of my purchased amount disappeared ! Either fix this or I will go to PayPal and file a claim!! ONE DAY LATER, and I still do not have my PURCHASED $$ coins in my account! First time purchasing and will never do it again......total rip off!!

This is has been my favorite bingo app game for years now, but the past few months it’s been horrible. The glitches are beyond ridiculous, I cannot even get into ANY rooms other than the normal jewel rooms, and I have gotten “daub error” the past 3 days I have tried to play. I have lost sooooo many tickets that I have bought with my hard earned money and the power ups don’t work right. I have lost at least 800 tickets because I click to play 4 cards and it just freezes up on me and I can’t click “refund” or ANYTHING. I have to end up closing the app out and losing everything I have built up for so long. I see there hasn’t been a version update in over 8 months. Come on I hope you guys will make this right.
