Can't play game , says I have session open on another device , I Don't !!!!!!! Game also drops me from the middle of a game so I lose chips , very frustrating !!!!! Please fix your game !!!!!

What is wrong with this game? I have spent months building up my credits and can't play..saying I have a session open on another device "I do not" please fix this issue on my I pad..now! I'd really like to play again.

I have passed the Platinum Room 6 times but will not show complete. I contacted customer service and auto response says someone would contact me in 24 hours. Well it has been months. Where are the other rooms i.e. blackout room, kitten room, etc. This game needs serious improvements and updates. So many complaints and low ratings is why there is no chat room. Don’t waste your time with this game. It is the Worst game ever.

I used to love this game. I purchased $100.00 of tickets and now I can’t play as it says I have game in session on another device. No I don’t. I can’t get any one to respond or get a refund for my tickets that don’t show and can’t play. This is a crock. Is it ever going to get fixed???

Won't open. Won't upgrade. Just nothing. Says I have the app open on another device. Can't get it to work on one, why would I have it on two. Since I have never spent any money in the app guess my customer service will be on the other device.

When I tried to login from my phone it tells me I’m playing on another device but the only thing I used to play this game is my iPhone I cannot get in to play because this message keeps popping up I can’t play the game because of the message that pops up that states that I have a session open on another device but I only play on my iPhone and it’s not working and I cannot get support it doesn’t allow it so I can’t even put a ticket in please fix this because I play this game every single day

I like this game alot but it would be better if you can buy things with the coins instead of real money. I have a problem with my special rooms they are not on the page with the other bingos. How do I get that fixed. I can’t find on the game where to send and email for technical support.
