When trying to play the daily tournament it does not open, some days it does and others it doesn’t. It now has been two days of no playing the tournament. Would be nice if you could fix this problem.

The game is really fun for the whole family but I had an unauthorized purchase for tickets occur on my account totaling over $100!! I can Not get in contact with anyone to help resolve this issue!! Should be better customer service for when issues like this occur!!

I used to love this app. Now when I play there are two power ups that when they come up they don’t apply and their square that you tap to use them doesn’t go away so even though I can hear that more power ups are loading under that other square I can’t get to them to use them. I have read the other reviews and the only thing I can think is that they have decided that fixing the app is simply not worth their time. It’s really too bad because it did, definitely, used to be the best bingo game out there.

I was having problem with this app so I deleted and reinstall and somehow some things not working right and I’m very disappointed love playing this game I doubt if it still exist anymore and I could not find support page to contact ?

For some reason, all of a sudden, I can’t get in to play on my iPad or iPhone! It says “You have a session open on another device” I DO NOT have it open on another device. So I go to other device. Make sure I didn’t!?! I didn’t. Try to get in, same message! Sick of this. Also on both phone & tablet, after about 3 rounds, no sound on bingo caller. Go out to lobby, come back in, voice. Same about 3 rounds later. The only time it DOES’T happen is in the free rounds. Come on Bingo Blingo, get your $#!£ together! You’re losing customers!

Gave it another try and sorry NO AP SUPPORT! I have had issues for a day or two and I guess apple nor the developer aren’t held accountable for anything. Down load our game and if you have problem we’ll I guess delete it. Very disappointing, have several screen shots over the past couple of days of multiple BINGOS but the system is frozen and you get nothing and my new favorite You have a session open on another device which I don’t and I have forced stop and deleted and reinstalled to the same message. Delete it for a second time. Just save your time and get a different game.
Love the game but.

I've been have a problem get on it keeps saying I have a open session on another device but I'm know I don't I've tried deleting the game and then getting it back not working not happy.

This is the error message I have been receiving. How? I don’t have this program on another device! It won’t let me play anything except the free games! It pops up every few seconds and there’s nothing in the app support that tells you how to get rid of this! It stinks!!
