Apparently the developers don’t give a crap about this game. Last update was over a year ago. Power ups freeze and can’t use anymore during the game. Definitely deleting. All my progress is gone!

Now once I receive a double XP or 2x payout I am not only unable to collect either but it freezes the power up features for the rest of the round so I cannot collect others. I almost always never can win a round as this puts me at a disadvantage. This game used to be fun and I went through levels quickly and enjoyed doing so but since this glitch, which has been around for a really long time, I do not play, certainly do not pay, much anymore. It is as if they have abandoned their game but likely would accept payment if people bought in app purchases. There are definitely better bingos out there that are maintained and care about their players.

I love this game but every time I get the extra points bonus it will not allow me to access it. Why????? I was actually stupid enough this time to pay for stuff I can’t freaking use. You owe me my money back

When you try to play the Valentines game for tokens, it takes your tickets but never starts the game. There is no other way to get or buy tokens to complete levels.

I remember when after awhile you could get into a room where you did different shaped bingo it was fun....now all you play is regular bingo boring...

Love the game but only giving it one star

The game is great. But there are some issues that are starting to annoy me. More and more every day the game room freezes up when you purchase the tickets and then you can’t do anything but close the app to get out of the situation. You have lost all those tickets. I’ve searched endlessly trying to find a way to get in touch with Customer service because there’s also a problem with the power ups. The number of power ups that I have available that I have purchased changes. And it doesn’t change because I’ve used them changes from game to game. I can have hundreds of one power up in one game and then suddenly I have 24 in the next. Why do you guys make it so hard to get in touch with you? I work hard for my tickets and I don’t want to lose them. The game room that offers those tokens kicks you out of the game every single time. I have lost so many tickets trying to get into this game so that I can gain tokens. But again I cannot figure out how to get in touch with the makers of this app so I can solve my problem and refund me my lost tickets. I have no idea how many hundreds of tickets I have lost and I’m mad.

REFUND me my $19.99 or REPLENISH my tickets. After years of not playing, I return to give this app another chance and sadly, the latter half of the first day and the second day has this app telling me I need to reconnect, numerous delays and forget the refund arrow cox it does not work.

I only gave this a 3 star bcuz whenever I use either the XP power up or the 2X power up there’s a glitch that won’t allow me to use anymore power ups after I get one of those two. If fixed I would definitely change it to a 5 star rating. Ty
