Why does the caller sound go off after just one game? Why do I lose my winnings when the game just stops? Something needs to be done to correct these glitches. The game has been around long enough to have fixed these problems. 3-21-2020 Still losing tickets because the game will not let you call bingo. Still no sound after the first game on any jewel. Come on!!

I reinstalled this game and I loved it at first. I got to level 192, went out of the game, went back in, and it went down to level 189. Got it back up to around 190, went out, back in and went back to level 189. It keeps erasing my progress!

I’ve completed all rooms except 1. Will there be new rooms to open or is that as far as the game goes? Please add new rooms !

Dear Rock You!, When a game developer goes out of business yet STILL keeps the app/game up and running, it’s probably a good idea to MAKE SURE IT GETS PICKED UP BY ANOTHER (REPUTABLE) developer!! ZERO SUPPORT, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE because it is now non-existent! You all, this was BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST bingo game available about 5 years ago. **PLEASE PUT THIS IN SOMEONE’S HANDS THAT WILL COMMIT TO RESTORING AND MANAGING IT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL VERSION/FORMAT!!!!*** This is has been my favorite bingo app game for years now, but the past few months it’s been horrible. The glitches are beyond ridiculous, I cannot even get into ANY rooms other than the normal jewel rooms, and I have gotten “daub error” the past 3 days I have tried to play. I have lost sooooo many tickets that I have bought with my hard earned money and the power ups don’t work right. I have lost at least 800 tickets because I click to play 4 cards and it just freezes up on me and I can’t click “refund” or ANYTHING. I have to end up closing the app out and losing everything I have built up for so long. I see there hasn’t been a version update in over 8 months. Come on I hope you guys will make this right.

Power ups freeze

For weeks the power ups have frozen when the 1st one hits. No more for the res5 of game n9 many how many cards you play. You can the the power square being covered with no power ups moving. NO SUPPORT either by phone or by email orthru site. Have tried removing and installing the app with no luck. Anyone having this issue and do you have a resolution?

Lost all my coins and tickets!!! Had over 600 billion coins and just reached 40 thousand tickets, next thing you know, they all vanished!! Accumulated over a very long time! Help!

Worst bingo game I’ve ever played. About 1 bingo every 100 to 150 games. Ridiculous!!!! Why are there SO many levels you have to complete before opening a new room!!! SERIOUSLY you have to pass FIFTY levels before a new room will open.....AND it takes SOOOOO long to even PASS a level......ridiculous game!!!! COME ON DEVELOPER......!!!! Very disappointed!!! And to top it off....you finally get 11 of the 12 prizes.....and that ONE you need NEVER shows up...again ridiculous!!!!
