Disappointed

This app does not tell you that in order to subscribe/unsubscribe that you can not do it through iTunes but through their own app. I signed up for the free trial and continuously tried to unsubscribe before I would be charged and it would not let me. I was charged, sent an email three days ago, and have not heard back since then. The app doesn’t even tell you the correct “best time” to post on social media platforms and it actually has lowered my engagement. Extremely disappointed.

Glitches constantly with ZERO support

I love the layout of this app and the functionality, that is when it works. I started the free trial and forgot to cancel so was charged for a six month membership, that’s fine. I liked the app and it was working well. Lately it has been glitching, not letting me edit posts, delete posts or move them around on the grid (one of the main features of the app) + many other annoying little glitches like improper posting of spaces etc. It’s a new app so I expected to see some issues but the support is essentially non existent. I have only ever heard back once and their response was that I was on the newest version of the app and it should be working properly. Zero help or solution. I currently am transferring two weeks worth of posts to a different app because there are so many issues with Bettr that I can’t use it right now. Also their desktop dashboard is garbage. My scheduled & unscheduled posts never load so it’s worthless. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS APP.


Why can’t I cancel

From the moment I tried this app out I’ve had nothing but issues. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but never got an email back. I let it go, but now they’re trying to charge me again. Good thing I’ve got an old card listed. I’ve emailed several times and get no reply. I just want to cancel.

This app is awesome when it works. It randomly crashes and the pop ups are annoying after a while. I tried chatting with support about upgrading but they never answered. Guess I’ll give my money to somebody else. Save yourself some time and don’t bother with this app unless you only like scheduling a couple posts at a time.


Can’t log in, does work.

I can’t log in. I’ve tried deleting then re-installing the app. When I log in, I get a white screen with the following code. {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Invalid scope field(s): public_content"} When I emailed your company about this, I received an email telling me I needed to log into and use the app to contact support. I can’t do that if I can’t log in. Please fix this. I’ve already canceled subscription.


Great app, Poor response time to questions

Great app, but poor response time for response to questions. I’m still waiting on a response from months ago. Now when I try and change my grid it kicks me out and tells me I have to log back in. Can someone place answer and fix my question!?!? This is ridiculous!!!


Don’t waste your time

Looks like a great idea, and seemed promising at the start, but I’ve given up. The app’s authentication system was buggy, and now the webapp cant schedule a post without a connection error, and NOW I’m trying to use the phone app and it won’t pick up on a photo I just added to my camera roll, even after closing/restarting the app several times. I hate hootsuite, and was looking for a minimalist replacement, but this is absolutely not it. Disappointing.
