I have never signed up for this company or its “premium” service yet they have been directly stealing money from my checking account for the last 2 months! Contact Apples customer support & billing & they also verified that I do not have nor have had a paid subscription with this company! Still waiting for a response back from this company! Funny thing is I was sent a warning while at the movie theater from my bank asking did I just make a purchase for $9.99, & upon checking found my account had just been debit by “BETTR. PRO” & after further checking found that they had illegally withdrawn the same amount from the previous month! Apple responded stating, that it really seems odd to them as well because when you sign up for subscriptions through the App Store your bill should read iTunes.purchase/company name, yet these guys have been taking directly from my account! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Charged But Didn’t Purchase

So I downloaded the app to give it ago and decided to hold off from a pro trial. I had entered credit card info before making a final selection and did not pursue after all. In fact, the App Store has no history of me selecting but Bettr keeps trying to charge me. I’m willing to re-review and rate once this situation is fixed but I must warn everyone to steer away until then.

absolutely awful app. make you wait forever to “verify” your account, and then the screen stays like that.

This app is WONDERFUL up until it starts glitching and now the grid preview doesn’t work? Which is totally fine, these features are brand new and of COURSE they’re probably gonna have a few bugs or glitches that’s not what I’m complaining about. I’m here to let everyone know how absolutely TRASH their customer service is!! I’ve been contacting them for help for TWO DAYS and no I’m replies but it shows that they’re seen the message!! A lot of bad reviews have the same problem and I suggest they fix it ASAP because it’s losing them all their customers!

You can’t toggle between the app and others - it deletes what you’ve written. And, it’s about 1 point don’t so hopefully you have good eyes! I wish I hadn’t purchased 6 months.
Consistently Crashing

Was able to do two posts and every time I try and schedule new posts, it crashes and tells me to call customer service. Great idea for an app but if it doesn’t perform, it doesn’t matter.
Very helpful for us to manage accounts. Thanks!
