Scammy and unhelpful – Bettr Review

I initially downloaded the app to use for a client. There were glitches and I didn’t like the interface, so I unsubscribed and deleted the app. They’ve continued to charge me for 8 months. E I G H T M O N T H S. Good luck getting in touch with their customer service - they’re basically nonexistent. I ended up getting a response from the CEO, James Knaus, after stumbling upon his email address, who was dismissive and made false promises (still haven’t received a refund AND they’re continuing to charge me). All in all, the experience with this app has been infuriating and pointless. UPDATE: After canceling my debit card with my bank, I was just charged $5.00 by Bettr Pro. Like......unbelievable. I don’t understand why Apple showcases them.
