the app is okay but the worst part is how they took $40 out of my account and i didn’t even know about this payment, i also cancelled my subscription before it expired and they still charged me. Don’t use this app

Doesn’t work as it advertises. And then when I try to get a refund for it they gave me this bs about how I have to use the app and their program for 10 consecutive days and prove that the program didn’t work for me before I can get my money back..

Accidentally paid for the wrong subscription and apparently they can’t give me a full refund and it was expensive btw. This app is a scam waiting to happen very poor customer service and app quality. Do not waste your money!

Lots of UI, Not A Lot Of Substance

This app has the UI to try and push you towards some great daily habits (calorie tracking, workouts, fasting), but is hugely inflexible when you go to use the features. Calorie tracking lacks different units, or a wide selection of foods, workouts don’t account for available equipment or muscular focus, and fasting doesn’t allow you to adjust start and end times after you’ve begun. Additionally, the app has a huge focus on monetization. They try to trick you in to a three month subscription out of the gate, and then try to get further up charges with “challenges” in the app. You are better off downloading three separate apps to get a better version of what is being offered here.

Don’t get this app unless you want to be billed for a mediocre workout app. Plus it’s super hard to cancel the subscription when you want to get out of it.

This app is awful. They make you pay for so many key features. I paid an extra 19 dollars for the “personal trainer” and that’s not a personal trainer. That is a robotic person or a literal robot who is not motivating or encouraging at all like how I would imagine a trainer to be. The app asked me twice for my meal plan. Both times I put vegetarian and specified I do not eat eggs. Tell me why in my meal plan they put eggs! That situation plus the robotic “trainer” made me not even want to explore the app. Pretty sure I spent like 30 dollars on this app. It’s already not free but then I paid extra for the useless “trainer.” I really should have read the reviews before I purchased this app but I saw it advertised on YouTube and genuinely thought it would motivate me to loose weight.

This app is useless I just purchased for a year and instead of being useful it just has ads to upgrade for even more money. I should have listen to the reviews I read. Such a waste of money. This app does not help you in no way!!

App full of purchase pop ups. Always trying to get another sale. Not worth $20. Never used asked for refund. Next day. Company continues to dance around returning my money. Poor customer service. Update: continue to ask for a refund. About 8 times now to customer service reps that keep responding with more “special offers”. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE

i started with the free trial and cancelled after that. i have tried to contact through the app and online and have not received a refund for the charge that was posted to my account even AFTER i cancelled. it will not allow me to cancel and i am still waiting on an answer on how to get a refund. it’s a freaking scam.
