So frustrated. I can't get in touch with app developer. The app is downloaded to my phone and won't update or delete it's stuck. Can't get any support. This is horrible.

While there are some good hotel reservation apps, this is not one of them. Such a ridiculous process, so many extra clicks to go through, hoops to jump through, and then......will not accept my members number. Fix this stupid app, it worked ok about 5 updates ago but gets worse with every new version. Nuts.

They have an option to add your rewards card to your wallet, only when you join. So if you accidentally delete it, good luck getting it back. Also no point in having it inside your app wallet since it does not update and tell you how many points you have.
Problems on iPad

Can't get location search to do anything except show favorites on iPad. Type in city or zip or airport code - doesn't give any list to select from. Try search anyway and location box outline turns red. Works fine on iPhone.

The latest update makes finding and booking a room........difficult. Too many steps, it looks nice, lots of colors, but not at all user friendly. When searching, I was not able to get any listings in the city I was looking in......it offered my selections 35 miles away. A lot of work is necessary to make this app worthy. Please fix this ASAP.

My stay at the Best Western hotel in ft Myers Beach in April 2015 was awesome, clean, staff were helpful, friendly & eager to assist ! The amenities were easily accessible with pool, selection of boat, view of sunset overlooking the pool On the beach was spectacular! Environment was friendly, clean & exactly as pictures! Full breakfast presentation & quality awesome as well As staff eager to accommodate my requests! I am going again 9/2016 & mid-December 2016!!! Definately recommend to everyone!

There should be an option to limit use of location services to only "While Using." And, it would be nice to be able to save Travel Cards in your account for easy redemption. I have a few from promotions, gifts, etc. BW markets them pretty hard, so should better integrate them into their online presence. P.S. This location service thing has been going on for a while and is a simple fix, re-posting with one less star - will continue to do so until fixed and until I hit 1 star!

For some reason the app wont let me log into my account but have no issues logging into the mobile web version in Safari, hopefully there is a fix very soon.

When I look in the main menu I can see the city of my reservation above "Upcoming Reservations", but when I tap it I get a yellow bouncing ball for about 2 seconds, and then the app crashes. Every time. When I tap "Check Reservations" I am taken to the page where I can see my reservation, but when I tap "details", I get Mr. Yellow bouncing ball again for the same amount of time before the program crashes again - about 2 seconds. Fix this and get more stars ? Also it would be nice if the app greeted me by name on the opening page, so I know instantly that I am logged in.
