It gets the job done finding a hotel while on the go but, I groan every time I go to open this app. Why you ask? Because it doesn't save CC information from your account. This is the only hotel app that I need to dig out my cc every time I make a reservation. Like any other work traveler, most reservations are made on the fly just before leaving or while already in town. We make them from restaurants, our vehicles or anywhere else wanting to get it done quickly so we can move on with life. Because of this (and only staying at the Plus line), I only use this hotel chain as a last resort in one small town that I work that doesn't offer anything else that gives points. I have a beef with the hotel chain in general but didn't take any stars off for that since this is a review on the app itself. But, I do want to mention it. It is ridiculous that I'm unable to use my points to book a room for a family member. I needed a room for my parents last minute and was told that I had to be there in order to check in. Guess what, the other H hotel let me book it with points with no issue. I just don't understand it. Okay, rant over. I just happen to have to break out my cc again for this and it kinda set me off...
No reservation details

App shows that I have 2 upcoming reservations, which I do, but when I click on get details says I need to call the hotel. This should be a basic function of the app to pull reservation details. That is what I installed it for.
Search Doesn't Work

I give up! Search function doesn't produce any results. Can't make reservation when app won't provide options. Will look to other provider.

Wow, nothing works on this app. You certainly cannot find an existing reservation and do anything with it. Pure crap.

Doesn't save CC info, DOESNT ACCEPT CC, "invalid" really? Well it works EVERYWHERE ELSE! Second worst hotel app I use, Wyndham wins the dubious award of first place there.

Do they not understand this is how frequent travelers are making reservations? If I was president of Best Western I would fire the whole IT team yesterday.

1. It crashes every time I try and look at an upcoming reservation. 2. It doesn't save credit card info...not even a Best Western MasterCard! 3. Worse yet, for some unknown reason it doesn't save my Country or City so I have to remember to enter those or my reservation is rejected...even though it remembers my home street address. Weird! Fix those three things and I will be much happier! Diamond Select Member
