I downloaded this to start earning points... typed in my username and password and the reservation wasn’t on there. Called the hotel and it was still valid but just didn’t show up on the app. Good luck to whoever trusts this

Doesn't do the basics

Why give it even two stars if it doesn't work? I couldn't select the AAA rate because the button to apply it was off the bottom of the screen and it wouldn't let me scroll to it on my iPhone. They applied no effort in creating this app.

Same as other. I can log in online but I can’t use the app. I got a automatic upgrade since I am a spire elite member with ihg but after seeing the app I don’t hold out much hope for the hotels which is a shame because I travel about 45 weeks a year for work.

How can this be that this app is so backward. Is the development team stuck in time or doesn’t have a clue how to make a useful app? Just take a look at other hotel’s app and learn. This is just terrible work. Really?

Will not let me log in even after repeated changes of PW. Support wanted me to use Membership Number - that doesn’t work. Application is a total mess. Hire a few 16 year olds to completely redo it. Finally just started using web version through Safari but that’s not too much better. This is 2020. It’s not that hard for a large company like BW to get it right.

This app was so easy to use, but after one of the last updates, it doesn’t keep me logged in. I travel every week for my job & have so many passwords that it’s really annoying to have to go into my notes, get my password & enter it with my user name every time! Other than that, I’ve had no other issues.

i almost completely had my information put in for a reservation and then clicked the wrong button on accident (wasn't clear how to back up to previous entry) and it took me al the way out of it without warning me. ended up just calling the hotel. worst app ever
