My discount preferences are set, I enter my search and get a list of available places showing rooms with prices. Sounds good but it is not!!! The prices don’t reflect the discount I am eligible for. Has actually hurt BW because I thought they raised prices and the extra cost discouraged me from booking at BW. Also I notice if a place is full they don’t show it at all which is troublesome as it can cause incorrect reservations unless you pay close attention. Overall useless!!!
Crashes all the time!!

I love Best Western, but hate the app! It crashes all the time when I try to look at reservations I currently have, or have made in the past. I just deleted the app and downloaded it again and it still does the same thing.
BW Rewards Rate Not Available in App

I just booked a room at a BW though the app while logged into my rewards account in the app. I checked the BW website after booking just out of curiosity and was offered a BW Rewards Rate which is 10% less. I had booked a flexible rate so I immediately cancelled and rebooked. I took a good look around the app and it appears impossible to book the BW Rewards Rate through the app. For that reason, the app is worse than useless to me as it almost caused me to spend more. Until this is fixed, I will just use the full website on Safari.
App crashes every time

I’m constantly traveling for my work. I’ll book rooms on the go. This application now crashes every time I try to use it. I can book online with my laptop or safari, however if I try and open it up to view my information. This stupid thing crashes. Fix this problem now!

Just added app and tried making 3 room reservation. You get all the way through, add your payment info and then get a message that either the date or type of room needs to be changed. They do not tell you which. You try another combination of room types and go back through all the payment entries all over again. Failed several times and each time had to re enter payment info again! Finally found room type combo but not with out a lot of lost time. Time to get it right BW
Year Later... Still Crashing

I go to check a reservation and I see a bouncing yellow ball for 3-seconds and then crash. I see that others were complaining of this over a year ago! What’s up, BestWestern? You’ve got the greatest motel and ultimate breakfast, but the worst app!!

I hate developers who release faulty useless apps. They should be fired! This app crashes every time I search for a hotel in the UK and then click on it to open any particular hotel. ANY!! EVERY HOTEL! So you can’t get hotel details or book! Absolutely useless! And BW should share the blame for hiring idiots and not checking their own app works!

Great app and I use it all the time to manage multiple reservations for work. Since the latest update, app crashes every time I try to pull up reservation details from dashboard screen. I hope they fix this on the next update.
