Annoying freezes

Game constantly freezes after last update.

I know I stopped playing for a while but dang I do want my cat song sounds and the dudes voice telling me how excellent I am. What happened there?!?! ?

What happened to the voiceover and other sound effects in the game? They haven’t worked in over a year. It’s very disappointing if they have been removed.

I like the game when it doesn’t freeze on me, but lately it’s constant, so not only do I lose my power items I use, but also money when I buy the coins. I’m about to remove it from my devices, because the glitches were not fixed in the update! Also, the emoji’s are all old, no new ones for a couple of years & no new constellations. So what is the real incentives here. Support has become complacent to this game and its problems.

I love the game. It’s pretty relaxing. However, what I don’t like is how every time im about to win a level (or get close), the game freezes forcing me to restart it. Then to add insult to injury I also lose a life each time. I’d like for you guys to fix it or I probably be deleting the game because it’s just too much.

This game was created for one reason- to take money out of your pocket. Expect to spend $5 to $10 per level in the higher levels. The game WILL crash, and tech support will NOT care or offer you anything. Play King games instead! Less money needed, less crashing, friendly tech support who don’t act like you are reaching out for what the tech worker called “good will” or normally referred to as charity, when you just want to pass the level that you just paid for, only have it freeze the last moment before the progress is registered. Also, you will never win any of the emojis they never released. This is an outright fraud. I’ve been playing the game and spending money for a long time and keep winning the same emojis over and over…

Horrible. Multiple times per day, the game freezes and I lose a heart. It’s frustrating. Today alone it’s crashed 5 different times.

I TRAVEL A LOT

The game is fun but it stops working and you lose progress when a lot of stars are going off at once so the progress is lost. Frustrating rip off.

This is good and there is only one thing that needs updating. Can you please let us defer the free hours to when we can actually use them? Many times, I get them when I can’t actually use them and they go to waste. It would be nice if we could bank them for later.

Good games - no emoji rewards

The games are fun but some of the emoji rewards are non-existent The emojis awards have been the same for over three years and there are emoji awards that simply do not exist or they refuse to release In over three years there are emoji awards that have never materialized. Those awards must not exist because the odds of not receiving any of them over three years are astronomically low. The same emojis appear over and over while others never do. They do provide new levels for new challenges which is fun. But if they can create new levels they can release ALL of the emojis.
