I was at level 780ish and the app froze, I reloaded and lost everything. The latest version has so many adds and now it has frozen again with no way to reload. I too had just kept at this game, but now I feel it has become trashy, glitchy, add soaked. Bad experiences.
Ads You Can’t Rid, After 5 years of Playing

I’ve been playing this game for a very long time. Fine, I’ve dealt with all the ads but now they’re impossible to exit without it opening another page. Its just this past month that it doesn’t give an “X” to close, you have to wait or click it and see if the close button appears. This is ridiculous! I rather pay to be without all these ads!
Suggestion: Add a Skygem Shop

I’ve been playing this game for a while and I love it, but there is one thing I think should be added. There should be a shop section where you can buy/sell Skygems for coins. For example, if I have a lot of blue gems and need some extra coins I could sell the blue gems, or if I want some more purple gems and have enough money I could go to this shop and buy the gems I need. Also you could sell emojis that you have extras of if you get a repeat from a chest. Again, this is all just a suggestion and I think the game is amazing already, but adding a Skygem shop would make it even better!

What happened! time you guys update, I either lose years of progress, which is bad enough but when an update killed my ability to PURCHASE PACKAGES, you lose more.

I just want to be able to listen to music and play the game. Additionally, the constellations haven’t worked in years. The ads are draggingggg it. I’m not going to uninstall but come on now.

I like this game better than Bejeweled Blitz because it is less monotonous and is not timed. I have spent more on this game because it is not possible to play free and progress. My biggest beef that I am sure the developers could easily fix is cutting my external audio. F**king annoying and senseless. The second? The unlimited infinity heart ~ when you win it, it starts going. I should be able to select when I want to use it. I am sure that is an easy fix, too.
Can’t play sound from other apps while playing

Love the game but it mutes podcasts, etc. when I launch the game even though I have sound turned down in the game.
Frozen since early December

The game has been frozen on the level select screen since early December. It only freezes when connected to WiFi or data. It works fine if I go on airport mode. It still has a holiday sale banner in the upper right frozen at 46:21:08. If I start a level, turn WiFi/data back on, and then complete a level, it will do the celebratory fireworks for all eternity and not let me continue playing without completely restarting the game in airplane mode.
