Anytime I view an add, the game audio completely cuts out when I get back to gameplay. And then within a minute or so the game crashes, and I lose my progress on the level. I am enjoying this game! Every time this happens I get closer to just deleting it.
Great game but keeps freezing

I love this game but lately it it seems to freeze in the middle of a level quite frequently! Please update the app or fix the issue.

I would like this game more if it would work! The game won’t open. Only played it for 10 minutes. Tried to get back into it but….

Although the puzzles are tough, sometime way too tough, it wouldn’t be so bad to lose if you didn’t have to wait 15 minutes to try again. Energy in a puzzle game is a sure fire way to halt the fun. Facebook is long dead to most of us, even if I had one, I couldn’t ask anyone for more energy. Just let me keep playing.

I am at Cloud 899. Lately, the game freezes up when I try to get the hen to lay eggs - the screen goes all black except for a white circle rotating in the middle of the screen. I've tried swiping the game off the screen, and restarting it, but I cannot get the hen to come back into the game. Verrrrry Frustrating. Can I download an updated (all the glitches removed) version of the game without having to start over at Cloud 1?

The games freezes up constantly and it has been harder to win levels. Bejeweled Star is a bummer to play now. No chance of winning due to glitches and cheapening out on their loyal gamers.

This game has always been my favorite but lately the game freezes, coincidentally always when I’m about to beat a level. Must be a coincidence, but it needs to be addressed. Don’t know if it’s an OS thing, or because of an update, but this game used to never freeze. Now it happens regularly…
