Fun puzzles, but the game keeps freezing when I get really big series. Plus the ads are more than usually annoying—always for the same game.

Please fix the log in with FB. I have lost years worth of progress with the last update since I can not sign in with FB. I enjoyed playing the game but will not play now since I am back to level 1.

I’ll rerate it once it stops crashing mid game and losing hearts and stops turning off whatever I’m listening to despite me having the sound off.

Apparently EA deletes bad reviews. Anyway my previous review wasn’t that bad;3 stars for a cool idea but terribly buggy game. I’m amending that now to one star; while cool game yes, the glitching and most importantly, the game freezing and resetting, is out of control! You can’t play the game it’s so bad. I would recommend not spending money, as you’ll just lose it to no refund policy as thee we game freezes. Basically, this game is too buggy to enjoy; typical EA quality.

One thing that needs to be fixed it the game will freeze during the middle of a level and have to keep restarting the app and will lose a life because of it, but other than that it’s a good game

This game is good if you’re willing to spend lots of money to buy more weapons and gems! When you do, they change the algorithms and it’ll cost you more! Sometimes the program makes mistakes and it’s always in the houses favor! I downloaded the newest update from apple and when I was playing the game it kept freezing up and I lost my game I was playing!!! I deleted it!!!

Sometime in July 2021 I had to re download the app. However, doing so I was not able to login and retrieve my current profile. I was having to start over. Upon researching the issue, it appears there is an on going technical issue preventing players from multiple devices and brands from being able to retrieve there profiles. The issue was being addressed. To date (Nov 2021) there has been no change to getting my profile back. I have spent many hours playing this game and have enjoyed it very much, but due to this technical issue, I have no desire to have to start over, so unfortunately, I will no longer be playing this game. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Been playing this game for a long time and obviously used to like it. However the last few months it keeps freezing on me. Just now I was about to finish the very hard level 1560, spent powers and coins just to watch it crash again. So incredibly frustrating and unfair!

Bejeweled Stars kept of freezing. I read up on how to fix it. I was told to log into Bejeweled Stars on Facebook, delete my app on my phone and then reinstall it and I would get all my powerups back. I did this and ended up being screwed. I had 100 tile swapper power ups, all I got back were 30. I had 80 hyper cube powerups, now I have 16. I lost about 3/4s of all my powerups by following your instructions. I had over 1000 Orange gems, now I have 130. I lost about 3/4s of my gems. I also lost most of my emojis. I am so freaking annoyed. Don’t lie to people and tell them that they will get all their stuff back, they won’t! I used to live this game. I played it for years building up my powerups, gems and emojis. Now I have about 1/4 of what I had before I followed your instructions!!!
