HELP- ICON is not opening.

Have been playing for several years and I love it. However, the biggest problem is that as of right now I can't open my game. I have millions of points and can only see the icon on the screen and its dark and nothing opens. HELP ? please fix this problem. Very frustrating. Last year I lost it and all my millions of points. Had to restart and now here we go again.

I love this game and have been playing it for over a year. I wish they would give you better chances to win larger coin amounts on your free spins, but I guess they prefer you to buy extra free spins than reward you for being a loyal player
Where are the mystery chests?

I updated the game and I am not getting any mystery chests at all or even seeing them in the store or anywhere else. If this is a bug, please fix it soon.

After update on 3/15 I can not open the app to this game. Very disappointed, this was a fun game. 9/13/16 After the update I cannot open the game. The icon on the screen is dark and just said (waiting). What's wrong, can't even delete the game at all. Please FIX I need my game.

Iove the game as a time killer, it does get addictive though, and the daily spins can be slow otherwise a great past time. The daily spins are not paying off as well as times in the past.
