I love this game! However lately when I did the earn extra points app it took points I had earned away. Not only that when I have purchased points because I so enjoy this game BUT only purchase special offers due to cost and I am a retired senior on fixed income this app has been overcharging my credit card. Come on I love the game and in good faith make a purchase and then am taken for a ride when the charge show up later. Where is your integrity? I ask again-where is your integrity?THIS IS. NOT MY REVIEW. I WANT TO WRITE MY OWN COMPLAINTS!!!!!! 9/15/16 12:42 pm I have some complaints. I love this game but come on you people rob me of points after I earn them time and time again. Secondly-I'm a senior citizen so I don't buy points without thinking twice about it and then to be robbed if my payment and not receive my purchase is absolutely NOT FAIR. SOOOOO if I watched your crazy ads to earn points so I can compete or if I buy points I am being shafted. My husband and I have been talking about getting out of all games as we realize we are wasting a lot of time and being robbed of points when our card is charged and we do not receive our points. Are you people proud of yourselves. Deplorable!

I have been playing this for years, and love the game, however, Since you now have advertising pop up between every game, you should lower the coins needed for power ups. The adds get a bit tiring but if there were rewards of lower boosts costs it would be tolerable.

If you make in app purchases don't expect to receive your gems! I contacted customer support through email (their only option) and never received a response the first time it happened. My son purchased a package with coins and gems and never received his gems either. This time I can't even find an email to contact popcap after searching all over their site. Play for free but don't give them any real money!!!!!

I usually love this game but lately have had issues with no resolution. First I supposedly won a million coin jackpot but they never showed, even after all the troubleshooting & attempting to contact support. Then I just updated my app & SO many things have been going wrong,like crashing on opening, losing all my coins...My mom did the same thing and she is reporting the sand issues. I hope they fix these quickly because I will miss this game if I give it up.
Cannot get purchased items

I spent to get more spins, it didn't give me the spins. I spent for more coins, it didn't give me the coins. But charged my card for both. I cannot find anywhere to reach the app developer. If someone knows how to "speak to" the app developer please let me know thank you. Frustrated! NOW I can't use any of my boosts thy all say "Unavailable" pop cap you're making me frustrated!!
