Used to be good. Now, not so much.

I have grown tired of the endless problems that arise with nearly every new update. I think the latest issue will be the last i put up with. On Sunday i opened the game and what was about 1,100,000 coins on Saturday, was now only 34,800. I submitted a trouble ticket. Now 3working days later nothing has been fixed. Not even an email saying "we'll look into it". This is not to mention the number of other issues in the past.

This is a game when I could clear a Daily Challenge with a Gold Star Cat, I would draw about it. I have fourteen Rare Gems. They are Tic Toc, Phoenix Prism, Ice Burst, Aquartzz, Blazing Steed, Cat's Eye, Bundle Blast, Rainbow Bloom, Spookstone, Rock-It Blast, Love Potion, and now the Birthstone, all of which share a nice spot in my collection. It's a great game and I love it!

Let me start with, I'd be happy to pay a premium for an ad free experience. The game is fun, but imagine you are playing this whilst in bed, unwinding from the day. All of a sudden a screaming person jumping out of an airplane overtakes your phone. Stupid ad for Google. Come on now. ?

I used to love this game. This is the second time the game will not open on my iPad. Can't get through to app support either.
No fun since last update.

I've been playing for a long time and enjoying it, but after this last update I am experiencing a lot of glitches/freezes and it's taken all the fun out of it. If it's not fixed soon I'm moving on to something else.
Gems not coming up when purchased
