Used to love this game competing against friends score. Latest update removed all my friends so no motivation to play as often as I once did.

I have now paid for items and coins two times and having about 16 different things in my items box just disappear. Stats lost as well last time. Popcap's help sight is worthless. You can't get anyone to respond and just get a run around. They take your money then they lose your items and then no support from them. This game is a joke!!!!

It can a be better game, like the original game. I remember playing bejeweled online years ago, on my sisters phone against other players. Split screen style. Two players being able to sabotage each other's screen and trying to make matches. All while seeing who's score bar fills up the first to win. Makers of Bejeweled, Can you try something like what I'd mentioned above?

I agree with jpilate, on both accounts, & I'd like to add one more. Lately, points that I've earned from watching the ads in the FREE COINS section, are being deducted from my grand total. I'll have a certain amount, then go play to earn more points & when I come back, my score will reflect the deduction. Not good! ?

Sound should not be over-rided

I like this game a lot and would give it 5 stars if not for the fact if you choose to have no sound for the game, then pop-up ads should not have sound. If you're in a place where sound is not allowed, then you cannot play. Additionally, when you get a prompt that you can skip an ad in a few seconds, as soon as you hit "skip" the ad should disappear. I have to hit skip repeatedly to skip the ads. These two items are really annoying.

No Mystery Chests

I'm still a huge fan of the app but the upgrade said we'd get the Mystery Chests which were previously only on the desktop version...I just installed the upgrade and it looks exactly like the old version, no mystery chests or anything else new that I could find.
