HELP- ICON is not opening. – Bejeweled Blitz Review

Have been playing for several years and I love it. However, the biggest problem is that as of right now I can't open my game. I have millions of points and can only see the icon on the screen and its dark and nothing opens. HELP ? please fix this problem. Very frustrating. Last year I lost it and all my millions of points. Had to restart and now here we go again.
