Waste of time

Used to give basic info for free but useless and after reading the other complaints, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this app.

Misleading, no basic info. In comparison with other similar companies, it offers maybe 1/8of the info. I just wanted to see if it would be worth having as a monthly membership to assist in gathering data.. it is worthless.. everything you would expect for paying a monthly membership, actually they charge extra for.. insanity.. greed definitely leading this co. I was an active member less than an hour, I immediately cancelled. Guess what? I wasn’t able to talk to a human about not paying for a mo. For a 30 min horrible experience.. what a shady business..

It’s handy but expensive and not comprehensive. Today I entered an email address and got zero results. When I found the person under a people search the listing contained the email address! Guess that function is useless. Also very difficult to cancel a subscription. I’m still looking for a better app.

Not only does the Authenticator not know what bridge & storefront is, app doesn’t work. Email site doesn’t work. Can’t accept payment. Worst app ever. Don’t do it!

I had been a happy subscriber for a long time at $9.99/month. I checked my receipt a few months back and found they had been charging $14.99 without alerting me to a price increase. Would have likely continued to subscribe at $14.99 but canceled on principle. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they ignored my issue completely. Wish I had one more BG check to find the person running this app!

Paid for web.and unlimited for one month, app says I paid, but locks out half the info, asking for more money. I go on web, same thing, asking for more money. I received zero information. But they scanned my whole phone. Stay far away from this, don’t even install, this was no mistake, this is a total scam and there is a trick around every corner.

So I tried and it’s funny. It cannot even find my husband’s phone number and email lol. And then I paid 1 dollar for 5 days trial and right after I signed up they immediately swiped my money from my bank for the monthly payment. I called my bank and I got my money back. Don’t waste your money and time guys, this is a joke.
