It took about 100 complaints and 2 refunds from iTunes before they let me know that suddenly my iTunes subscription had been changed to be associated with an account and person whom I do not know. They gave me the password to the imposter’s account. The whole thing makes me question what the **** with no explanation this is complete insanity Previous review: I’ve been subscribed for years now but the last few weeks I haven’t been able to log in using the app and can only go through safari browser which isn’t nearly as easy

Thank you for addressing my issues and refunding me. I made every effort to follow the instructions given on the app and there was no way to turn off auto renew. But thank you for refund and the follow up email. The least I can do is give credit for your honest and ethical redress. ??

Free app tells you that they have information, but won’t give it to you without buying an upgrade. Not asking for in depth information. Just simple name on who owns phone number.

Been Verified is the only source I use since 2009 and I will always stand by them. The information is on point. So pleased with the product, nothing else out there has what Been Verified has for free, I have not used the subscription part yet, I imagine it is worth it and cant wait to try it out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a glorified google search...YET...when I searched a person that I know is a registered sex offender (among other things) it told me he had no criminal record. Google knows more than that! He’s on the first page when searching his name. Complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It’s pretty awesome being able to look up people which I have suspected of being strange and finding out more about them. Searching random numbers that call me has been helpful as well.

I have had BeenVerified for 8+ yr. This app started off 6.99-7.99 a month. Now I have paid almost $30.00 if not more a month for the last couple of yrs and it steadily increase in price and you lost some of the search features but for a extra 14.99 per feature you can add them for about 10 search inquiries. This is waaay too much. It was a good 8+ yrs and you would think they would have a special for their loyal customers.
