I use to use this app not any longer it charges you up-dates and then does nothing. I deleted it thinking perhaps there was a glitch, nope same things happening again I paid for unlimited and it won’t search nothing what it does is tells me I have to up grade. I have unlimited. What’s there to up grade (14.99$) $15.00 per month is a bit pricey for nothing.

I signed up for a monthto get a record and not only was it incomplete ,which cost me more money to get the full report , when the month was over it automatically charged my card for extra months. It took them weeks to get back to me to get my money back. Horrible customer service.

I searched someone on Google and upon seeing everything been verified hinted they had about the person I was a sucker and paid over $20 for one month unlimited searches yet all the info such as criminal background,legal records, judgements liens, & everything shy of very basic demographic info was supposedly available but EACH ADDITIONAL COMPLETELY was only POSSIBLY AVAILABLE AND for additional CHARGES! THIS IS A RIPOFF as I actually found more info for FREE JUST BY SEARCHING GOOGLE! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND GOOGLE SEARCH the persons name address and or phone number....in fact I actually got more info off of Google searching property address alone then BV Revealed with original person search, property address search AND THREE RELATIVES that were actually the ladies ex-husband (from twenty years ago) current wife's relatives (who aren't even related to original search!) so not only did I waste twenty dollars but also did six hours trying to figure out how these people were related to someone. When I Google searched name I got hits from "Family tree" and "public records directory" that cohesive more obvious than BV so sane yourself from hours of researching wrong info and paying revenue dollars AND HAVING TO CANCEL ONGOING REOCCURRING DEBIT CARD OR OKAY PAY SUBSCRIPTIONS (THAT BV INSISTS FOR THE I'VE RECORD YOU ORIGINALLY LOOKED UP) AND JUST GOOGLE...IM ALWAYS LEARY OF COMPANIES THAT ONLY OFFER AUTO BILL SUBSCRIPTION SEARCHED THAT U MUST CALL OR EMAIL TO CANCEL BEFORE YOU EVEN GET YOUR INFO OR ARE ABLE TO TRY THEM OUT...I MEAN WOULDN'T YOU AGREE THAT IF THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD OR EVEN ON THAT THEY WOULDN'T NEED TO PROVIDE TO PAY THEM IN THE FURORE BEFORE EVEN SEEING WHAT THEY OFFERED...I DOWNLOADED APP AFTER PAYING $20 ONLINE THEY PAYPAL. I BELIEVE APPLE APP STORE AT LEAST KEYS GOT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH AVE CLICKS AND ABOUT TWO MINUTES OF YOUR TIME. BUT YOU ARE STILL BEING MADE TO AGREE TO FURORE BILLING BEFORE YOU SEE WHAT CRAP YOU ARE ACTUALLY GETTING AND HOW MUCH EXTRA THEY WANT YOU PAY FOR WHAT THEY ORIGINALLY SAID THEY HAD IN THE PERSON....I WRITE REVIEWS OFTEN AS I READ THEM BEFORE DECIDING WHAT TO DOWNLOAD, BUY, WHERE TO EAT AND WHAT BOOKS TO READ....AND THIS IS THE ONLY BAD REVIEW I'VE EVER WRITTEN FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH...AGAIN I WAS SENT TO WEBSITE OFF OF A GOOGLE SEARCH AND SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID BEFORE BEING TOLD TO DOWNLOAD APP OTHERWISE I WOULD'VE READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND WOULD'VE NEVER PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY NOTE AGREED TO LET THEM TO CONTINUE AND TAKE MORE OF IT...I'M ALL FOR DEVELOPERS AND COMPANIES GETTING PAID BUT I'M TOTALLY AGAINST THEFT...AND I'LL FEEL I WAS ROBBED.

False advertising to call it a free app. I inadvertently signed up and was billed over $25 per month. You have to call to unsubscribe.

Advertise on Google that it's free background checks, but in reality all they do is give you basic info that you could get in 5 minutes or less researching it yourself, they don't tell you that you have to pay until after they make put in your email so they can sell it to advertisers who also falsely advertise and lie to their customers.
Not worth the money

Don't waste your $ on this app. It promises WAY more than it delivers. The information in the reports isn't always up-to-date nor is it always accurate. For example, a report will list addresses where the person most likely has lived, but it gives no indication as to which of all the addresses is current. Not helpful. The same goes for the phone number and email reports. The information is just too vague to be of any real use. This app/service is a huge disappointment!
