When you try to cancel within the trial period and you go to cancel and go into the iTunes subscription renewal. This app does not show. So I emailed Apple iTunes and also had them call me. Apple iTunes told me they do not see any subscription or auto renewal or any purchase. So I let them know I want to cancel and I don’t want this to charge me. So I was suspicious and was checking my account every day. So I always put a little bit of money on my iTunes account. Luckily I did not have the $26.99. So I saw that they were trying to charge my iTunes, and I had contacted iTunes and told them about this and again. I tunes said they didint see anything and there is no charge. So I thought it had been successfully canceled because I literally canceled the next day or day after the trial period started. Since I just wanted to check one phone number. Which FYI this app is horrible it gives you no information. So then today I was notified that they charged my pay pal. Which is not even a pay method for my iTunes. I want my money back.

I put in my own phone number that I’ve had for years as well as family members to check if this app works. Every single time the information was dead wrong. Not once did it bring up even accurate names for the numbers.

This app is total garbage. The information is consistently mistaken in AT LEAST one section of every search. I have had an annual subscription to this service sine 2010, and cancelled this year. The basic info is accurate enough to keep you coming back, but if you cross reference it, the rest of the information is terribly wrong. I have thought about trying to get my money back, but I am so angry at the loss and embarrassment this app has cause me, I don't want to subject myself to arguing with them, or any further time loss. Imagine finding out that the information you had about your neighbor's 22-year-old daughter was totally inaccurate. She had not been convicted of any crime, and yet, you had refused to let her babysit when you had to work. Imagine realizing that, not just from ONE source, but SEVERAL. This app has become completely unreliable, totally a rip off, and detrimental.

For free, you get a sufficient amount if information, including address, previous address, phone number, email, associates and family as well as age. If you click on relatives and associates, your intuition will tell you who the individual is married or in a relationship with, as well as parents, siblings and grandparents. You can then see where those people live, so for instance if you would like to sue so and so's father, because you happen to know that he's the one on a pink slip or deed, etc., then you can look up so and so, see his/her relatives, and then, judging by age and other factors, you can tell who so and so's father is and see the address in which to send a process server or certified mail for your law suit. However, if you pay the subscription, which is a little expensive for the extra information it gives you, such as if you get lucky, that person has a criminal record or a traffic ticket that has yet to drop off their record, and with that docket number, it will either say their DOB, or you can use the docket number in order to find it out. It will also allow you to click on the phone numbers to see which one is actively used by someone. Otherwise, it will not, and if someone has 15 phone numbers listed, it'll not be so easy as to be the first or last number listed. It's likely the last, I noticed, but not a guarantee. It's pretty good, but to get really into checking someone's background, you need to get a subscription to Instant Checkmate.

I hope you’re paying attention to your reviews. When I first got this app it was great. I found much needed info on someone who wanted to hurt me, now you’re charging for the same info. DELETED.
