I’m trying to cancel my account. It won’t let me at all. Brings me right to apple to cancel it but there’s nothing there. Plz cancel my account please.!

The most recent update(s) have made this app worthless. About 3ish months ago it used to work great! But now, it says it “doesn’t recognize” my email/password, and then wants me to pay for a monthly subscription. I just have a feeling that the app developer deleted all the free accounts and is trying to force people to pay. Sorry! Not going to work on me!!

I got this app and service because I was interested in things other than criminal background. The service does a great job at criminal background as well as identifying known associates and family members. It however did not meet my needs that I am not going to get in to. I contact the company requesting that my auto renewal be canceled and I explicitly said in my email that I would not be asking for a refund as I knew the risk going in. They canceled my subscription and issued me a refund. This was all done over email without anyone trying to convince me to stay. Anyone looking for a good tool for criminal background checks this is the app. I know if I ever find my self in need of that sort of service I’ll be back.

Worse app ever- and no way to get out of it- they say you can get out of it on I tunes- but you don’t buy it through I tunes! You buy through the Apple App Store! Sadly the App Store won’t even recognize you bought it- so now you just keep getting charged for stupid not even up to date information! Not even half accurate! Anyone who lives in a small town will eat their lunch over the inaccuracy!

This app only exists to pimp out BV’s paid service; it’s a worthless gimmick that gives you no more information than you’d find googling a name. It’s not worth the storage space to even have the app on your mobile.
