Terrible waste of money and not accurate

This site is a waste of time and money. The information is not accurate and is the same information you can find on the internet. The court runners do not work at all. This site is just a vacuum for your money.

This app used to rock. The searches weren't always complete but they gave you 1 free credit per month so it was worth it. Now they still have the same mediocre, incomplete searches but want you to pay a premium that way exceeds what you get for it. I would have given zero stars if it were possible.

Major Ripoff! No serious info UNLESS YOU PAY MORE & MORE! I know more than they give you! Paid more for deeper info & got nothing. They don't give known arrest info and sentences resulting. Out $60.00 & got nothing of importance. SAVE YOUR $$.

I'm the last guy to give a good review on any app that scams people and this site is very good for looking up names and addresses and it provides very helpful information and lots of it and I've been using it for years.
Used to be great, but got greedy

I was on the $9.99/mo plan (which is too much as it is), and they got rid of it without warning. Now you're forced to pay $14.99/mo for unlimited app and web searches. I only have use for the app searches and don't want to pay $60/year on something I won't use. I'm going to look for another app.

I've held my account membership since 2013. Paid subscription since Mar 2015. Cancelled in May due to lesser usage. Wanted to look up a phone number so decided to try and re-add paid subscription (same member # / customer account that originated in 2013). Their rates tripled, their quality and accuracy hardly leveraged, and the information in the apple and android marketplace is invalid with false advertising. The information provided when a "Name Search" is performed is 7/10 times inaccurate (especially with social media accounts and phone numbers). Most criminal records aren't displayed (easily found on residence county website), and information is rarely updated. No "Suggestion" options to assist developers in misleading or inaccurate information. Which seems to me like an obvious sign of their lack in interest to progressively improve. So what is the rate hike doing? Making someone rich. Don't waste your money. Use local county websites!
