When ever i share my promo code with my friends as per beam when other person use the credit which he get from ur promo code make transactions also but I never get my 40 dihrams rewards back even they use it Send so many emails to be team but they never replied back really bad customer services Before the beam good when u share ur promo code and when ur friends use it make transactions u will get reward very Quickly but now never ever u will get anything Thanks Regds
Never able to use the credits / rewards. Technical Support is pathetic.

While using beam, it is always deducting money from credit card instead of redeeming existing credits. 10% credits are basically not usable and seems to be cheating business. Sad part is beam support never respond even if continuous reminds/ follow ups. CAREFUL AS THIS IS CHEATING BUSINESS.

Rules and promotion states that you collect 10% cash back as rewards to use at your favorite brand and when you come to collect your reward you will be granted location that is not interested for you and most of them they don't even use beam. You raise this feedback to customer service and they reply after TWO WEEKS, issue resolved where nothing is actually done about it. You communicate your concern with the careless customer service agent and they reply without understanding what you are asking them for.. There is no honesty or transparency with Beam and i think the 10% cash back that they are offering their Customers is easier to achieve it and even more by visiting other non Beam outlets. After checking and comparing no Beam partner i found that with no exceptions no Beam partners have better deals and cheaper prices and it is just a hook with their silly rewards to bring more customers to their partners
