Never able to use the credits / rewards. Technical Support is pathetic. – Beam Review

While using beam, it is always deducting money from credit card instead of redeeming existing credits. 10% credits are basically not usable and seems to be cheating business. Sad part is beam support never respond even if continuous reminds/ follow ups. CAREFUL AS THIS IS CHEATING BUSINESS.
