I failed to add new card. It requires a card verification while it's failed. But i successfully made all what i need from Android device. Please update

Unfortunately with this update the ability to use Touch ID is gone..! Update: Touch ID is back but it disables itself periodically so you have to reenable it by entering the passcode almost every time before using it..! P.S. The developer's response to the above review: "Can you let me know if you have experienced this issue when you have been signed into the app. Stacey." :-) Of course this happens while I'm signed into the app..! This is like a joke question, seriously.!? Another problem is now it asks to verify our credit cards and it charges us a small amount and we have to check the amount and write it back in the app to get the cards verified BUT there is no option given to enter that amount into the app..! And if you tap verify again it will charge you that small amount..! In general the problem is the beam team came up with a major update (version 4) but what they didn't know or did not take care was that the app was in beta level quality so this is the outcome..! The Beam Team must understand that this is a wallet app and not a photo editing app therefore it shouldn't have been released until you are 1000% sure about it..! The latest version 3 was working like a clock less fancy but just like a clock..! Update: The credit card verification problem is solved now but app still disables the Touch ID periodically..! Update: 4.1.3 did not solve the Touch ID problem which disables itself periodically..! Update: 4.1.4 clams fixes to Touch ID disabling by itself but unfortunately the bug remains existing. And the support team is not responsive..! Recommendation: Just bring back version 3..!

Counter with Beam never open , twice I had to wait 5 min and complain to a manger to get them to use Beam!! Sometimes in the same day! They should remove it or use it!

Beam is perfect but the working staff especially in carrefour and ENOC petrol stations needs education.

Poor and pathetic support, they have a programming logic if you create an account with your mobile number and you want to link your mail to it they will tell you not possible because your mail is not linked to any account, oh really !!! And when you want to correct this by your own and register using your mail and try to link your mobile to it they will tell you not possible because the mobile number exists in their database, and they will contact you whenever there is a possibility to do so, stupid programmers and stupid logic and stupid support.
