Never seen worse support

I wrote the below review for the old version some time back. Today I reiterate my 1-star rating. It's only because there is no 0-star rating!!! The new update doesn't show any of my history, then asks me to re link my credit card but simply hangs during the process. Honestly, the app could be useful since Apple pay still doesn't work in Dubai. But their support is just beyond ridiculous. They really couldn't be worse even if they try to. It took them over a year of follow up to fix my account because of an error on their side. A whole year of them closing the case before solving it then having the audacity to send a customer satisfaction survey. Now after fixing the account, it does work, but I cannot verify my email address. It's been two months and they're repeating the exact same behavior. Unbelievable. It's like being in a parody. And I just received a customer satisfaction survey to rate their support!!!! Any other customer would've left the app the moment it started to act up, but me being the techie I am, I insisted on getting it fixed so I can use it. Others won't.

UAE linked Carrefour my club not working automatically as it was before, I've lost many points because of this update. Now I've to scan my club card separately before I use beam.....

1) Pin security requirements make the pin impossible to remember. 2) After spending 5 minutes resetting the pin at the counter, the app crashes and logs me out. ?

Wash it away
The app keeps on crashing every time even after reinstalling. Useless and I'm moving away from it.

1st time I see an application provider do a major application upgrade and to the worse crashing, less rewards, weak interface and so many others weaknesses and negatives can't list all here!! First time I do participate in application review as I was frustrated and started proactively advising my friends not to install and not to use!

Beam is working well for me. It is very simple to setup and very easy to use too. If you experience trouble to first time you try, just get the cashier to guide you. I'd like to see more places accepting it as it is convenient (not needing to pull a wallet out of a pocket or purse) and it keeps a record of your receipts on the app. Then there are the rewards you earn as you use (much like other reward programs though Beam has your rewards balance and places that accept the rewards available right on the app).
Cards can't be verified.

Standard Chartered Bank debit card unable to be added. Credit card, unable to verify verification amount, therefore also unable to be loaded. No joy for me.

If you don't use the application for a couple of days, you are requested to verify your cards. The app then deducts a small fee from your card and you are required to input the amount as a verification...only problem is...the verification doesn't work, and after several failed attempts deactivates your card! This needs to be resolved in the next update! Super frustrating!
