Never seen worse support – Beam Review

I wrote the below review for the old version some time back. Today I reiterate my 1-star rating. It's only because there is no 0-star rating!!! The new update doesn't show any of my history, then asks me to re link my credit card but simply hangs during the process. Honestly, the app could be useful since Apple pay still doesn't work in Dubai. But their support is just beyond ridiculous. They really couldn't be worse even if they try to. It took them over a year of follow up to fix my account because of an error on their side. A whole year of them closing the case before solving it then having the audacity to send a customer satisfaction survey. Now after fixing the account, it does work, but I cannot verify my email address. It's been two months and they're repeating the exact same behavior. Unbelievable. It's like being in a parody. And I just received a customer satisfaction survey to rate their support!!!! Any other customer would've left the app the moment it started to act up, but me being the techie I am, I insisted on getting it fixed so I can use it. Others won't.
