I’ve been a BCBSTX customer for over 1 month now - started new coverage on June 1. The app has NEVER worked this entire time. Getting the same message referenced by many “something went wrong on our end and we are working to correct the problem.” Well good that you’re accountable but how long is “long enough” on your end?!? Now “something has gone wrong on my end” - I’ve lost my patience. Too bad. Would be nice to actually have an app.

App has never worked. Literally at all. As soon as i log in it goes to this loading screen. And there it sits for eternity. I have never been able to access any information on the site. Period.

It never lets you in, you have to be changing the password every time you enter and even if you change it it won't let you in, because you have to put a password that has not been repeated. It is a headache. The previous Application was much better.

Just like everyone else that’s reviewed the app, I can’t log in but only get the message “Something went wrong on our end l, we’re aware of the problem and working on a solution.” Seeing how other reviewers have gotten the same error message for several months, I highly doubt that BCBS cares or are working on a solution.

Been getting same error for about a year. “Something went wrong on our end, we’re aware of the problem and working on a solution. Please try again later”. Never expected an app for an insurance company as prestigious as BCBSTX to have a trash app.
FIX SO PEOPLE CAN USE APPLE DEVICES !!!!

Fix app still shows older insurance coverage with bills that have been paid !!!!!!!! Browser for Safari APPLE Phone USERS is a redirecting cluster of mess. Can't believe BCBSTX has not fixed so their customers can use a secure method of getting up to date information on their Medicare Advantage PPO Choice insurance. Whose brilliant idea was it it to only allow browser choice FFOX and Google spying CHROME!!!
Terrible - Claims never update

The app is terrible. The deductible will update, but the claims won’t. You have to delete the app and re-download to get the claims to refresh. Easier to just use the website.
