The claims section doesn’t work anymore and that’s the part I like to view. So aggravating.

This app is a disaster. You can rarely login due to faulty APIs. Seriously needs a HIPAA audit. You cant send a copy of your ID card to yourself. It’s constantly throwing data errors.

Every time I try to access the virtual visit option, it crashes before I can select my region to search
