“Something went wrong on our end ...” – BCBSTX Review

I’ve been a BCBSTX customer for over 1 month now - started new coverage on June 1. The app has NEVER worked this entire time. Getting the same message referenced by many “something went wrong on our end and we are working to correct the problem.” Well good that you’re accountable but how long is “long enough” on your end?!? Now “something has gone wrong on my end” - I’ve lost my patience. Too bad. Would be nice to actually have an app.
